Shipping policy

At Forever Young Outfitters, we are dedicated to providing you with the best shipping options throughout the United States. We are committed to offering you the highest level of service and ensuring that your order arrives safely and promptly.

Shipping costs

Orders of $199 or more qualify for free shipping when shipped to an address within the contiguous 48 United States. For orders under $199, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping service selected.

Free shipping is not available for destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and other eligible United States destinations outside the lower 48 will be calculated at checkout.

Processing time

We process most orders within a maximum of 2 business days. This process includes verifying, packing, and dispatching your order to the post office or selected carrier. Certain items may require additional handling time; if that’s the case, we will inform you of the expected dispatch date as soon as possible. If an item needs to be shipped directly from the manufacturer due to availability, we will also notify you of any potential delays.

Shipping time

Deliveries are managed by our preferred carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others, depending on your location and the shipping service you choose at checkout. Shipping times vary based on the destination and the selected shipping method.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or postal disruptions.

Shipping locations

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, although we plan to offer international shipping in the future.

Free shipping on qualifying orders of $199 or more is available only within the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and other eligible United States destinations outside the lower 48 will be calculated at checkout.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, except through USPS, and not all packages qualify for this option.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. Additionally, if you have an account with us, you can view your orders in your account portal, where the tracking information will also be available within the order details. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

International shipping

Forever Young Outfitters does not currently offer international shipping. At this time, orders can only be shipped to eligible addresses within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping options and offer international delivery in the future.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at shop@diveyoung.com so we can assist you in locating your package. Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
